Job Title: Test Enginner
Job Summary
This position is responsible for verifying that the end-to-end mobile business solutions
developed by the company operate as designed.
These solutions are mostly developed using SQL Server / .NET and related technologies and
this position helps drive the system quality assurance program for stakeholders, customers
and partners to deliver high quality products as part of the software development lifecycle.
Essential Functions
-Test software releases during the software development.
-Select and develop appropriate test automation tools.
-Report test results and enter problems and issues into the issue tracking system.
-Monitor and update bug reports as needed including bug report closure.
-Configure necessary hardware and operating environments as needed to complete
assigned testing.
-Write or assist in the development of test plans and test procedures.
-Complete assigned test-related tasks.
-Assist in review of test processes as they are developed.

-Demonstrate the ability to analyze a problem and complete detailed reports.
-Able to methodically produce the steps which exhibit bugs in the product and be able
to reproduce and communicate these steps.
-Show initiative in gaining in-depth experience in areas of technology relevant to testing
of company products.
-Show initiative in gaining theoretical knowledge in software testing.
-Work well in a team environment and alone.
-Have ability to learn fast, be self-driven and ability to work across teams, disciplines
and cultures
-Have ability to adapt to the changing needs of a project.
-Have ability to meet deadlines.
-Have strong communication skills, both in writing and orally.
English: can read and write well enough to be able to communicate with peer QA and
development engineers regarding software defects
Qualifications
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant experience.
-Experience: 3 years testing computer software.
-Familiarity with testing methodologies and the defect reporting process.
-Knowledge of programming languages and source control systems.
-Experience with SQL Server and Transact SQL
-Experience with OOP, Webservices/XML, .NET (C# e ASP.NET)
-Experience with automated testing tools.
